Shipping policy
Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
The artworks you purchase will be prepared within 48–72 hours. Shipping is handled by Correos, and you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands
The artworks you purchase will be prepared within 48–72 hours. Shipping is handled by Correos, and you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Gibraltar
The artworks you purchase will be prepared within 48–72 hours. Shipping is handled by Correos, and you will receive your order within 5 to 8 working days.
International Shipping to Europe
The artworks you purchase will be prepared within 48–72 hours. Shipping is handled by Correos Internacional, and you will receive your order within 7 to 10 working days.
Order Tracking
You will always be kept informed about the status of your order through the emails we send you: Order Confirmation, Preparation Confirmation, and Shipping Confirmation. In the last email, you will receive your tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
If there is any delay in the printing of the artworks you purchased, we will notify you in advance. This may happen if there is a high volume of orders and the machines are working at full capacity. We always aim to deliver your artworks as quickly as possible.
NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for reshipments due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. Please double-check all shipping information to avoid issues, including your phone number (preferably a mobile number for SMS notifications) and email address.
In Case of Damaged or Defective Products
If your artwork arrives in poor condition, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to jennifferalfonzo@icloud.com with the subject line “Order” followed by your order number. The order number is essential to locate your purchase.
- Describe the damage and attach photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging, in case we need to file a claim with the courier service.
- We will respond to your email and provide a solution. If the error is ours, we will resend the product or refund your payment.
- Claims of this nature will not be accepted after 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
