Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

Purchased artworks are prepared within 24 hours (maximum). Shipping is via GLS 24h, so you'll receive them the next business day before 7:00 PM. This means you'll receive them within 2 to 3 business days.

Cost: No shipping costs

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

Artwork is prepared within 24 hours (maximum). Shipping is via GLS 48, so you will receive it within the next two business days. This means you will receive your artwork within 3 to 5 business days.

Cost: No shipping costs

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar

Artwork is prepared within 24 hours (maximum). Shipping is via GLS, so you'll receive it within the next 5 business days. This means you'll receive it within 6 to 8 business days.

International Shipping to Europe

Purchased artworks are prepared within 24 hours (maximum). Shipping is via GLS INTERNATIONAL, so you will receive them within the next four business days. This means you will receive them within 7 to 9 business days.

Shipment tracking

You'll always be informed about the status of your order through the emails we'll send you: Order Confirmation Email, Processing Confirmation Email, and Shipping Confirmation Email. In this email, you'll receive your order's tracking number, which you can use on seur.com to track it.

If there is a delay in printing your purchased artwork, we will notify you in advance. This is possible if there is a significant backlog of orders to fulfill and the number of prints per day is so high that the machines are at their maximum capacity. We try to deliver artworks as quickly as possible.

The SEUR agency delivers 96% of orders within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur. We ask for your understanding in these isolated cases. These delivery times may vary in the following situations:

  • If the delivery location is in a rural or hard-to-reach area, delivery may take between 48 and 72 hours.
  • If the shipment coincides with high-volume demand dates (Black Friday, Christmas, promotional days, exceptional circumstances, holiday periods, etc.), carriers are human too and sometimes cannot handle such a large number of daily deliveries.

NOTE : We do not ship to PO boxes.

IMPORTANT : We are not responsible for second shipments resulting from incorrect or erroneous shipping addresses. We ask that you always double-check your shipping information to avoid incidents, as well as your phone number (mobile if possible, for receiving SMS) and email address.

In case of defective product from origin or breakage during shipping

If your painting has arrived in poor condition, do the following:

  • Send us an email to josoart@yahoo.es with the subject "Order" followed by your order number. The order number is very important for tracking your order.
  • Explain any defects in the product and send us photos of the product showing the damage and photos of the packaging it arrived in, in case we have to make a complaint to the courier.
  • We'll get back to you and resolve your issue. If we made a mistake, we'll send you a new product or refund the price.
  • Claims of this type are not accepted after 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.
