What to do if you need to make a return?
If you need to return a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Simply follow these instructions:
- Don't throw away the packaging the product came in; we'll use this to ship it back to our facilities.
- Send an email to josoart@yahoo.es with the subject "Return" followed by the order number. The order number is very important for tracking purposes.
- We will send you instructions on how to make the return.
- The costs associated with the collection and shipping of returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility. These costs depend on the weight and volume of the package. You also have the option of sending them yourself using the courier of your choice. The package must have specific insurance to protect works of art.
Returns will not be accepted more than 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. Please also note that once the product arrives at our facilities, it will be inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The product must be returned as sent.
Returns are not accepted for custom paintings or paintings made to special sizes at the customer's request.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be issued within 4 to 10 business days. We'll process it as quickly as possible, but sometimes banks take a while to transfer the money to your account.
Note :
In most cases, returns are due to measurement issues. Please measure the space you'll be decorating carefully beforehand to choose the correct size (be sure to specify the length, width, and even depth). If you have any questions about these sizes, please don't hesitate to contact us.
In case of defective product from origin or breakage during shipping
If your print or painting has arrived in poor condition, do the following:
- Send us an email to josoart@yahoo.es with the subject "Order" followed by your order number. The order number is very important for tracking your order.
- Explain any defects in the product and send us photos of the product showing the damage and photos of the packaging it arrived in, in case we have to make a complaint to the courier.
- We'll get back to you and resolve your issue. If we made a mistake, we'll send you a new product or refund the price.
- Claims of this type are not accepted after 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.
